The Technical Process: From Scan to Smile

Our digital workflow is designed to eliminate the “trial and error” of traditional orthodontics:

1. High-Resolution 3D Scanning: We begin with a radiation-free intraoral scan (using our iTero scanner) to create a perfect 3D digital study model of your mouth.

2. AI-Assisted Treatment Planning: Using DIBS AI software, Dr. Toro views “Predictive Outcomes.” The AI calculates the “True Torque Expression” for each tooth, allowing the doctor to see exactly where your teeth will move before a single bracket is placed.

3. 3D-Printed Transfer Trays: Once the digital plan is perfected, we 3D print custom-fit transfer trays. These trays hold your specific bracket prescription in the exact coordinates required for your treatment plan.
